We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to make our cancellation policy fair and flexible. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your White Water Rafting Tour at the Tenorio River.
Flexible Cancellation Window

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour – You’ll receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours – 50% refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before tour – No refund will be given.
Weather & River Conditions

Safety is our top priority. If the Tenorio River is unsafe due to heavy rain, flooding, or other natural conditions, the tour may be postponed or canceled.

If we must cancel for safety reasons, you may choose between:

A full refund, or
-
Rescheduling your tour for another available date.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Guests who do not show up or arrive too late to join the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Please be ready at your pick-up location on time to avoid missing the tour.
Minimum Participation

A minimum number of participants may be required to operate the tour.

If the minimum is not met, we will:

Offer you an alternative date, or

Provide a full refund.
